AKRO Model Z AIRCRAFT PLANS CONTRACT OF PURCHASE:

inasmuch as_________________requires a file, set number________, which contains data and drawings for construction of the AKRO Model Z.

1. The construction file will be used to build one aircraft only.

2. Nothing contained in the construction file shall be reproduced or divulged in any manner whatsoever.

3. Should this contract be cancelled or terminated the resale of the construction file shall be subject to the negotiation of a new contract, and such sale shall be to the person with whom a new contract is effected.

4. This contract may be revoked: Within seven (7) days after receipt of the file Upon revocation, cost of the file minus expenses shall be reimbursed to the contractor upon presentation of a written demand by him b) or, at any time upon resale of the file and completion of a contract with another person or persons. Upon cancellation, ___________ agrees to maintain and respect the confidential design of the aircraft.

5. No warrantee, expressed or implied, is made as to the quality or safety of this design.
